Hello! I am Gary Furbee, Associate Vice President of Real Estate Operations , and it is my pleasure to welcome you to University Apartments for the 2025-2026 lease year. I want to thank you for choosing us as your WVU home and we’re excited to have our communities, and campus, full of Mountaineer students once again!
We want to ensure that your living experience with University Apartments is the best it can be, and our managers and staff have been working hard to make this happen.
Move-in is currently underway and will continue through Friday, August 15. Residents should have received communications to their MIX email accounts regarding our move-in process, but this information can also be found on our website at unversityapartments.wvu.edu.
In addition, welcome back events have been planned at each of our communities. I encourage all residents to participate, enjoy some free food, and meet our team and your new neighbors.
We want our students to succeed both inside, and outside, of the classroom. That is why University Apartments provides a clean, safe, and enriching living environment for our students during their time at WVU.
