We are currently accepting lease renewals and encourage you to let us know whenever you are ready to renew your lease. Please note, there is no application fee for renewals.

Due to the high volume of new leases for 2024-2025, the deadline to renew your lease and be guaranteed your current apartment space has been moved to November 30, 2023. If you renew any time between November 30, 2023, and December 21, 2023, you will still receive the 2024-2025 Renewal Rate but will not be guaranteed your current apartment space.

**If you renew after December 21, 2023 you will be subject to the 2024-2025 Market Rate.

Please contact your community's leasing office with questions about the renewal process or living at your community. Whenever you are ready, please either visit the leasing office or send an email letting them know you’d like to renew.
