COVID-19 Response Plan

Our University Apartments team is here to help you with your day-to-day living needs and help fulfill special requests you may have during your quarantine and/or isolation time. In order to receive these services, we ask that you register your information here.  A team member will be in contact with you very soon. You can discuss with them any additional services or requests you may need during your quarantine/isolation time.

Grocery and Home Good Delivery Services
/ Instacart. (deliveries from area pharmacies and area stores.)

We encourage you to pay and tip electronically; additionally, you should instruct the delivery person to leave the items at your front door.


/ PENALTIES AND POLICY VIOLATIONS

If you have been identified as having a confirmed case of COVID-19, or been exposed to someone who has, you must follow the isolation and/or quarantine procedures outlined by the University Apartments support team. Failure to comply means that you may be putting others at risk of exposure, even if you are an asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic carrier of COVID-19. 

You must wear PPE at all times when in any public space as outlined in the WVU Student Code of Conduct. Consequences for not complying with the Student Code of Conduct relating to PPE include one or more of the following: written warning, removal from class, probation, suspension and/or expulsion from the University.
